Where SOBHA builds in Gurgaon
Dwarka Expressway is a 29 km road linking NH-48 near Kherki Daula to Dwarka in Delhi. Fully open since 2024, it has made the sectors along it (99 to 113) the fastest-growing market in Gurugram: IGI Airport is about 20 minutes away, Yashobhoomi convention centre is close by, and planned projects include metro connectivity, the Delhi-Alwar RRTS and the Global City business district.
Golf Course Extension Road (GCER) is Gurugram's most sought-after luxury corridor, running south from Golf Course Road towards Sohna Road. The Southern Peripheral Road links it to NH-48 and Dwarka Expressway, and Cyber City, Udyog Vihar and South Delhi are reachable via Golf Course Road. Top schools (DPS International, Lotus Valley, Heritage), hospitals (Medanta, Artemis, Max) and premium retail are all close by.
Sector 73 is on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram, between Golf Course Extension Road and NH-48. SPR has become a premium corridor in its own right, with easy access to GCER, Sohna Road and Dwarka Expressway, and the planned metro along SPR is a further catalyst.
Sector 80 lies along NH-48 south-west of central Gurugram, near the Kherki Daula toll and IMT Manesar. Karma Lakelands, a 270-acre golf and lake estate, gives this pocket a green, low-density character that is rare in Gurugram. Dwarka Expressway and the Southern Peripheral Road connect it to the rest of the city.
